2. Services

We offer bespoke wall printing services based on customer-supplied artwork or artwork developed through our design team. We reserve the right to decline projects deemed unsuitable, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

3. Booking and Payment

• A minimum deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure a date.
• Full payment must be made no later than 3 working days prior to the printing appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a refund of the deposit minus an admin fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Ensure walls are clean, smooth, dry, and prepared for printing.
• Provide accurate measurements and clear instructions.
• Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord consent for rented properties).
• Inform us of any access restrictions or obstacles ahead of time.

6. Printing Limitations

• We make every effort to print up to the edge of walls, ceilings, and fixtures; however, slight unprintable margins may remain due to physical limitations of the equipment.
• Print quality may vary depending on the texture and condition of the wall.
• We are not responsible for artwork distortions resulting from uneven surfaces.

7. Warranties and Maintenance

• Our prints come with a **12-month workmanship guarantee** covering fading, peeling, and material defects under normal indoor conditions.
• The warranty does not cover damage from moisture, vandalism, excessive heat, or impact.
• Maintenance advice will be provided at installation. Do not scrub or wash the printed area for at least 10 days post-printing.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Wall & Ink or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any material for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Customers retain rights to their own artwork but grant Wall & Ink a non-exclusive license to use submitted artwork solely for the purposes of printing and promotional use unless stated otherwise.

• Wall & Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, delivery issues, or equipment failure).
